The old St. Luke’s Hospital, aka “Engel Lukas Hall”. There are a lot of potential uses. A boutique hotel is what comes to my mind. The hospital was built in 1929. It is located on 2.34 acres in Tryon, North Carolina. The building was last used as a hospital in the early 2000’s. In 1950 it had two brick additions. A lot of work has been completed on the building. Thirty-eight bedrooms, seventeen bathrooms and 40,000 square feet. $795,000
